What materials does Pulse use?
The housing is ABS and polycarbonate. Sleeves use body-safe TPE that is phthalate-free. Clean the sleeve separately and wipe the toy with a damp cloth — Pulse is not waterproof.
Do I need an app?
No. Manual and auto patterns work offline. An app is not required to use Pulse as a masturbator.
Who can buy from secheal?

How long does shipping take?
US orders typically leave the warehouse in one business day and arrive in 3–7 business days. International transit is 7–14 days. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
What is the return window?
Unopened toys can be returned within 30 days. Opened sleeves and other hygiene-sensitive parts cannot be resold. A defective motor or housing is covered by the one-year warranty.
How do I clean Pulse?
Remove the sleeve, wash it with toy cleaner or mild unscented soap, and let it dry fully. Wipe the masturbator body only — do not submerge it.
